The incumbent is responsible for ensuring all learning and organization development activities are well organised with other departments. Furthermore, the Learning & Development Supervisor is responsible to assist the Learning & Development Manager to maintain the team, implement and conduct all programs that contribute to achieving and surpassing performance and productivity of colleagues and meeting company’s goals.
Requirements
Mandatory
Bachelor degree or above, over 2 years learning and development experience and at least 3 years working in hospitality
Proficient with various software applications and Offices including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, presentation skills and facilitation skills.
Strong team leadership, capable of developing training team through continuous train-the-trainer programs and on-the-job coaching.
Good command of both Mandarin and English.
Can work under pressure. High mature level.
Open minded and self-motivated.
