Mandarin Oriental is seeking a Manager, Digital Experience to maximize revenue growth via their direct web platform. We are looking for an individual with strong digital and retailing acumen, to enhance our customer digital experience and drive conversion rate improvements across auxiliary products including Gift Cards, Food & Beverage, Spa & branded products. The Manager, Digital Experience will be responsible for coordinating provision of auxiliary products & content from hotels, delivering a customer-centric web experience and utilizing retailing best practice to drive customer engagement & purchase. The individual will have exceptional marketing, problem-solving and communications skills and is naturally creative, pragmatic, and collaborative. As well as utilizing eCommerce best practice to inform web strategy, the Manager, Digital Experience will incorporate CRM data inputs to improve customer flow & generate increased revenue.
