Night Manager

Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group is expanding its presence in London with the opening of Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London this spring 2023. Sitting on historic Hanover Square, the property comprises 50 guestrooms and 77 private residences, offering hotel guests and residents an oasis of calm and Mandarin Oriental’s legendary service alongside a vibrant atmosphere in the public spaces. It will house the first namesake restaurant in the UK from Michelin Star award winning Chef Akira Back, his ‘ABar Lounge’ concept, ‘ABar Rooftop’ as well as his 14 seat fine dining venue ‘DOSA’. There will also be an urban spa, focused on renewal and recalibration.

Would you like to write the first chapter of Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London as a Night Manager? This boutique hotel will be all about a tailored experience with service from the heart.

We are seeking a reliable Night Manager, responsible for offering a warm welcoming environment within the Front of House whilst also assisting other departments when needed within a buzzing F&B offering.

This role will include some solo working along with the responsibility of running and closing the daily reports and shifts as per Mandarin Oriental standards.

What we are looking for in a Night Manager:

• Natural passion towards customer service
• Ability to focus and self-motivate, with good attention to details
• Able to make decisions on the spot and be proactive in an emergency scenario
• Previous experience in similar roles
• Enthusiastic in delivering outstanding customer service
• Reliable and flexible with daily tasks
• Ensure all night audits are correctly run and procedures are regularly reviewed
• Ensure the night team is fully trained to Mandarin Oriental service and operation standards
