Position Details:
We are recruiting for a passionate and talented Office Coordinator Intern with the potential to grow within our Hotel.
As an Office Coordinator Intern you will help in ensuring a safe and sound environment for colleagues and guests alike. You will have administration duties along with field presence, helping with the paperwork, the check-list and the filing. You will help in conducting yearly/monthly audit to ensure all important documents are complete You will be responsible for projects as assigned, assisting in day to day operations.


  • Must speak fluent Italian and English, additional languages are a plus
  • Must possess excellent penmanship
  • Positive attitude at all times, must represent the Office well in all interactions
  • Flexible with tasks, must display an exceptional attention to details
  • Must be organized, precise and maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Good use of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
