1. Minimum of 4 years guest relations experience in luxury
    hotel, of which at least 2 years working experience in a
    similar capacity

    具备至少4年在豪华酒店的客户关系经验，其中至少2年类似的同
    岗位工作经验

2. Strong knowledge of Club Floor operations

    熟悉行政楼层运作

3. Strong desire to serve and to provide excellent guest
    services.

    具备能为客人提供优质、热情的服务意识

4. Ability to multi-task task and remain composed at all times

    能够同时从容、冷静地处理多项任务

5. A good team leader with ability to drive the team

    具备良好的团队领导能力

6. Computer literacy which is not limited to Excel, Power Point
    and Word

    熟练的计算机操作技能，不仅限于对Excel、Power Point和
    Word的使用

7. Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written
    (Cantonese would be an advantage)
    流利的中英文口语和良好的书写能力（会广东话者优先）
