Job Description:

As Pastry Chef de Partie to assist with the day to day running of the Pastry section within the hotel.

You will be accountable to Executive Chef and Chef Patissier relating to pastry section to ensure excellent quality throughout the dessert offerings in hotel's food and beverage outlets.

It is your responsibility to ensure excellent quality throughout the dessert offerings.   

You will supervise and co-ordinates all pastry and dessert preparation/presentation.

You will plan production in order to facilitate all daily requirements.

You will be expected to develop appropriate seasonal menu offerings in line with the concept of food and beverage outlets in the hotel and ensure appropriate cost control.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Ideally candidate has a Culinary Diploma
  • All applicants will have at least 2-3 years experience working within a similar environment
  • You will have a good kitchen manner and have a willingness to learn and teach others
  • The ability to work a variety of shifts
  • Fluent in Italian and English
