We have an exciting opportunity for a Demi Chef De Partie at one of London’s hottest openings on 2023, The Aubrey. The Aubrey is a home-away-from home for local and global guests alike, this new concept is a collaboration between Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London with Hong Kong-based group, Maximal Concepts.
Designed as a bar & Japanese izakaya, the venue has 132 seats and one private dining room. The dining experience is created as an ode to high quality Japanese ingredients and traditional cooking techniques. Our menus features classic dishes from Japanese cuisine, and interpretations that adapt and change with the seasons.
