Payroll Administrator

• Maintenance of accounting records and provide financial reports as required
• Assist with the month end process, as it relates to payroll costs, and ensure all work is completed on time with all relevant accounts reconciled
• Ensure Audit/Payroll Compliance
• Oversee benefit processing and payment 
• Manage onsite Tronc administration and liaise with external Tronc master as required
• Administer annual pay review processing 
• Administer monthly sick pay calculations
• Ensure accuracy of variable payments through payroll system
• Build a strong relationship with the Human Resource Department to ensure the accurate input of salary history
• Ensure colleague pay queries are resolved on a timely basis
• Monitor actual hours to contracted hours
• Ensure HMRC compliance 
• Ensure effective controls are in place over payroll expenses
• Work with Finance team to deliver system and process improvements to enhance Payroll function efficiency

This is the perfect role for someone who has strong excel skills, is extremely organized, administratively strong and has excellent attention to detail. Previous experience in a payroll role is desirable and experience working with CoreHR Payroll system is advantageous.
