Responsibilities:
- To set up and maintain the HRIS according to HR requirements, EPH standards.
- Be solely responsible of the following:
- Entering new employees and required information as salary, position, grade, personal details, passport copies, pictures, starting date and probationary period, residence details.
- Coordinate with IT and HRIS supplier in any changes or users’ requirements.
- Requesting installation from IT Department for HRIS users and coordinating with them for technical requirements.
- Ensuring that all HRIS modules (i.e. Housing, Training, Recruitment, etc.) are functioning properly based on users’ requirements and rights of usage.
- Conducting training for HRIS users.
- To be responsible for deleting/ transferring data related to employees leaving the hotel’s services or to be moved inter-departmentally or interdepartmental.

- To be responsible for all reports to be generated from the system for administrative needs such as:
- Probation List
- Passport Expiry List
- Residence Expiry List
- Employment Anniversary (for Performance Appraisals)
- Monthly Manning Report
- Yearly TTTT Monitoring List
- Any other report needed by the management
- Any other duties, which may be assigned to you from time to time as directed by your Supervisor or Manager.
Skills Requirements:
- Highly committed to work
- At least 2 to 3 years experience in the same position in five star luxury hotel.
- Must be self-motivated
- Must work in a safe, prudent and organized manner
- Must have mathematical skills, technical aptitude.
- Must have a commitment to follow all local and corporate policies and procedures as they relate to the Payroll and hotel.
