As a Reception and Reservations Manager you will need to:

• Be able to retain a high level of product knowledge relating to Akira Back’s intricate food menus.
• Have acute organizational skills to ensure successful drafting and execution of lavish contracts.
• Be comfortable communicating professionally and charismatically to the aesthete of the world.
• Be able to delegate properly and efficiently manage two teams of host and guest relation colleagues catering to a high-profile clientele.
