The Regional Performance Marketing Manager Europe leads strategy and execution of global digital marketing for the group’s Europe-based hotels, supporting the growth of both Rooms and auxiliary revenue via the brand website, The role is responsible for coordinating the digital activities of the Europe-based hotels, aligning both the overarching performance marketing strategy and the local subtleties that must be built into the unique performance marketing approach. As the Regional Performance Marketing Manager Europe, you will prioritises innovation within performance marketing, utilising customer targeting and carefully created marketing content to generate demand. The role generates demand via intelligent, highly targeted performance marketing activity, seeking to engage incremental guests and drive increased Group share vs. brand competitor set.

As Regional Performance Marketing Manager Europe you will be responsible for:

  • Developing, leading and activating the EU hotel performance marketing strategy to drive revenue through and auxiliary platforms.
  • Aligning digital marketing strategy with the business needs of the Group, and manage agency partners to deliver performance marketing KPIs and the wider business objectives.
  • Managing digital marketing budgets across the EU portfolio, ensuring optimal allocation of budget across performance channels and against target audiences.
  • Exploring new opportunities to expand the breadth and depth of performance marketing across customer types and in global markets
  • Leading hotel stakeholder relations, ensuring clear communication of digital strategy, plans and performance results.
  • Collaborating with the greater consumer marketing and brand marketing teams to ensure an aligned approach for developing digital advertising creative and content where needed.
  • Ensuring legal compliance is upheld across the performance marketing team, working with the data privacy officer and governance teams.
  • Evolving performance marketing reporting and analytics, incorporating attribution data with CRM insights.
  • Regularly meeting with and engaging the EU hotels, ensuring you provide “best practice” guidance on digital activities.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience running performance marketing functions, with a demonstrable track record in delivering growth in direct revenue generation.
  • Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of digital marketing strategy, including performance marketing channels, attribution, and customer journeys.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort working in an agile and constantly evolving environment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to set direction and execute.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, charts and statistics.
