Play a key role in the Reservations team to support the luxury experience our guests from around the world enjoy at one of the Prague’s best hotels.

We need a Reservations Agent to keep our hotel in order and our systems running smoothly.  

It is the perfect place to broaden your understanding of what it means to be a Reservations Agent, because we have so many businesses within our business – restaurant, rooms, spa, and bar. And everyone is given opportunities to progress.

You will be working within the Reservations team, and you will deliver the highest level of service. As a Reservations Agent, you will:

  • Download bookings from external reservation systems (GDS & Synxis).
  • Answer incoming telephone enquiries in a timely and professional manner in accordance with LQE standards.
  • Ensure all VIP and special requests are handled efficiently and accurately.
  • Have full knowledge of all rates, (rack, negotiated and promotional etc.), room types, overall hotel product and hotel’s primary competition.
  • Maximise opportunities for up-selling of room rates. 
  • Send confirmations and fax responses according to MOHG TCI and to ensure a 24 hour enquiry response period to all correspondence.
  • Check correspondence on a daily basis before arrival date and ensure all relevant information is acquired and fully documented.
  • Ensure that filing is up to date
  • Uphold hotel credit and cancellation policy.
  • Attend sales familiarisation events as required.

You must be responsible and detail oriented, have a good customer service and communication skills, have at least 1 year experience in similar position, be fluent in Czech and English on advanced level and an experience from hotel environment is an advantage.
