Your main duties as a Resident Services Manager will include:

  • To manage the Concierge team, providing effective leadership, supervision and training to ensure compliance with departmental goals, objectives and standards, in coordination with other OHPL departments and partners.
  • Assist the Operations Manager with the coordination of functional support from MOLON staff, including engineering maintenance, housekeeping, food & beverage, catering, spa, to deliver luxury services.
  • To manage the Concierge cash floats and operational expenditure in accordance with OHPL policies and procedures
  • To provide a single point of contact for Residents and/or their representatives in relation to resident’s services:
  • To have good knowledge and understanding of residential rules and regulations
  • To conduct departmental orientation for all new team members.
  • To carry out timely bi­annual and annual appraisals for team members.
  • To carry out all admin related tasks relevant to your team including but not limited to: annual reviews, disciplinaries, recruitment, training and more.

Essential

  • Previous relevant experience in a similar position in Hotel or Residences
  • Excellent communication skills in all aspects
  • Must possess excellent organisational and administrative skills, good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Confident, approachable, professional, and able to use diplomacy to handle different situations
  • To be passionate about delivering the very best service for your residents
  • Team focused and passionate about people
