We have an exciting opportunity to join the Security and the Front of House team as Restaurant Door Security at one of London’s most anticipated Restaurant openings of the year, The Aubrey.

The Aubrey is a Japanese Izakaya & Bar concept with 132 covers and a private dining room serving brunch, dinner and late night drinks. Our menu features classic dishes from Japanese cuisine, in interpretations that adapt and change with the seasons.

The restaurant has been created as a partnership between Maximal Concepts and Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London. Maximal Concepts is a Hong Kong-based company that has since expanded to locations including Singapore, Las Vegas and Vancouver. 

We are looking for engaging, passionate and kind Restaurant Door Security:

About the role:

  • You will greet our guests and visitors on both arrival and departure courteously and professionally.
  • You ensure that the front entrance of the hotel is maintained, reflecting the hotel’s standards of excellence in order to create a lasting impression of warmth and hospitality
  • You keep the front entrance clean and tidy
  • You check arrival and departure reports so as to anticipate guests needs
  • You ensure that the main entrance is attended at all times
  • You assist with any belongings, ensuring a smooth and safe flow the restaurant
  • You assist guests in providing taxis on request and guide guests to pre-arranged transport
  • You ensure a warm “Farewell” to all guests leaving the hotel, encouraging repeat customers
Previous experience in a similar role and within a fast paced environment would be an advantage.
