As Restaurant Manager you will need to:

  • Be able to retain a high level of product knowledge relating to Akira Back’s intricate food menu and beverage pairings.

  • Be able to delegate properly and efficiently manage the team in a fine dining atmosphere catering to a high-profile clientele.
