Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations, including manning, training, budget planning, daily administration;
  • Ensure services, food presentation and cleanliness are up to guest satisfaction and hotel standard;
  • Constantly analysis the business situation and seek ways to improve performance in meeting financial goals;
  • Participate in the formulation of the annual marketing plan and implement with the outlet team with effective sales and promotional activities to maximise revenues;
  • Handle and take appropriate action concerning any guest complaints and comments;
  • Responsible for cost & inventory controls;
  • Liaise closely with the kitchen team on food quality or presentation
  • Monitor the subordinates on HACCP and hygiene standards;
  • Handle in other ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' working experience in Upscale Dining restaurant at similar capacity, Michelin-starred restaurant experience preferred;
  • Strong managerial abilities in people management, strategic planning and decision making;
  • Superior written and oral communications in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus;
  • Service oriented, creative, energetic and well groomed
  • International exposure will be an advantage;
  • Willing to learn and able to work under pressure.
