Duties and Supporting Responsibilities in Front Desk
To ensure all Front Desk quality of services achieve or exceeds the efficiency, productivity and maximize guest comfort and satisfaction.
Manage room inventory , monitor availability and efficient release of rooms for arrival guests
To review arrival report in detail and proactively see to all guests’ requests and needs according to MOHG established service by guest categories standards.
Familiar with room amenities, layout of categories of rooms, room rate structure, facilities and services available in the hotel.
Promote and upsell a higher category of room and hotel food and beverage product and services
Handle cashiering duties.
Train colleagues on new work processes, understanding of policies and procedures
Ensure effective manpower schedule to achieve successful results
Ensure effective communication via daily briefing, weekly update and monthly brainstorming within the department.
Attend scheduled meetings.

Be flexible to perform any other duties as assigned by Superior at Business Centre and Call Centre
Duties and Supporting Responsibilities in Oriental Club
Excel in delivering Legendary Quality Experience to all guests.
To review in details the arrival report and proactively see to VIPS requests and needs.
Meet, greet and escorts VIPs into their assigned room ensuring that all services are extended promptly and efficiently.
Familiar with room amenities, layout of categories of rooms, room rate structure, facilities and services available in the hotel.
Promote and upsell a higher category of room and hotel food and beverage outlets.
Provide recommendation for wine and dine, entertainment, tourist attractions, concierge services and information.
Handle cashiering duties and food and beverage services.
Conserve resources and be mindful to maintain the food & beverage cost.
Act as Cashier, Concierge to provide information, recommendation, Food and Beverage services-set and maintain breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktail and hors d’oeuvres at the Oriental Club.
Maintain a friendly rapport with all guests to ensure repeat business and goodwill.

Duties and Supporting Responsibilities in Concierge
Attend to guest’s request for travel and transport arrangements, air ticketing / sightseeing tours
Well informed on all activities within hotel and major activities within Taipei
Handle mail & postal enquiries and parcel wrapping services
Handle incoming and outgoing items both for hotel and city guests
Co-ordinate with Front desk colleagues for the fast removal of baggage from rooms and upon arrival.
Supervise and ensure that the front driveway is free of traffic congestion and car valet services are of highest standard.
Maintain complete and readily accessible files and records necessary for effective operations and future references
Participate and be actively involved in Les Clefs d’Or activities to ensure good connections and network of information are maintained and enhanced
Update and disseminate information about the Arts, Culture & Entertainment activities, shopping and places of interest in Taipei so as to provide guests with accurate information and capability in securing tickets or admission for guests to these activities
