Duties and Supporting Responsibilities:

  • Explore new sources of business by developing new contacts.
  • Be responsible for room night and revenue production from allocated accounts.
  • Monitor competitors’ performance where it relates to their particular market segment.
  • Entertain executives and secretaries of potential travel companies and in-house guests to ensure future business for the hotel.
  • Conduct on-site inspections for the existing or prospective travel influencers, decision makers and end users.
  • Be aware of current market trends and supply competitor activity information to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
  • Participate in sales trips and, when required, complete all sales reports within 1 week of trip.
  • Prepare weekly sales call reports.
  • Perform other tasks, projects and assignments as designated by Hotel Management.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 year relevant working experience in the international hotel industry.
  • Knowledge of MICE and other responsible market segment.
  • Excellent presentation and proactive communication skills in both.
    verbal and written in English and Chinese. 
  • High flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
  • Possess a friendly, energized and outgoing personality.

  • 带领现有和潜在旅行社决策者、决策相关人和终端客户参观酒店。
  • 留意市场供求情况,竞争酒店活动信息,并向市场销售总监汇报。
  • 在需要时,应出差去外地进行销售拜访,并在结束的一周内完成所有的销售报告。
  • 准备每周的销售拜访报告。
  • 执行任何管理层委托的工作。

 

职位要求:

  • 至少两年以上国际酒店行业从事销售相关的工作经验。
  • 对MICE市场及所负责的行业版块有一定的了解。
  • 具备优秀的中英文口头和书面表达能力及积极主动的沟通技巧。
  • 具备在压力下高度灵活的工作能力。
  • 具备友好、充满活力和外向的性格。
