MOHG is seeking a Sales System Manager (SSM) as the single global point of contact for the Salesforce/Delphi Sales System. The SSM ensures that the benefits of the Salesforce/Delphi Sales System as an effective CRM tool for hotels and global sales offices are maximized through  the delivery  of Delphi installations on-property, ongoing maintenance and trainingdata quality audits and the implementation of standard operating procedures. The individual will ensure the system is set up and enhanced over time to support changing needs of the business. They will own the Delphi vendor relationship, and work closely with owners of other connected systems (i.e. HMS, DV, GDS, Synxis etc) to deliver joint outcomes. The Sales System Manager will be passionate about driving global best practices / tools around system enablement, upskilling sales teams and embedding repeatable processes to improve team performance. The individual is highly knowledgeable about Delphi system operations, self-organised and self-driven, be able to solve problem solve with technology and data. They will thrive at driving results in collaboration with cross-department teams and external vendors.


  • System owner: proactively representing and supporting sales team needs from system perspective, aligning stakeholders across different systems (Salesforce/Delphi, HMS, DV) to deliver these
  • System installation: for new hotel openings, rebranding and takeovers, support the on-property team to install and adopt the system to meet property specific needs based on training for the team
  • Standard Operating Procedures: responsible for designing,rolling out, auditing and maintaining standard operating procedures for Delphi access and use by global and property teams. Support team on processes relating to Global.fdc, Delphi.fdc, MeetingBroker, iPlan, Interfaces etc systems.
  • Best practices: source, maintain and roll out MOHG Best Delphi Practices documentation including regular training for hotels and global sales
  • Data standards: design, build,  implement and audit account data standards to enable automated, real-time, accurate room revenue tracking. Ongoing evaluation of data groupings, mapping and integration between systems including annual data audit, data cleansing and deduplication.
  • Maintain Delphi database – manage userbase, standard procedure and ongoing training
  • Ad-hoc projects – as needed for functional reporting and strategic projects



  • Minimum of 2-3 years in global revenue, sales or distribution function, focused on systems
  • Robust system knowledge (ideally Delphi), strong problem solver and analytical mindset
  • Self-starter with the ability to take a problem from concept to execution
  • Comfortable working in an agile and constantly evolving environment
  • Strong communicator, able to speak to a range of senior commercial and operational stakeholders and conduct training
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification an advantage
  • Fluent English; Mandarin an advantage
