MOHG is seeking a Salesforce Administrator (SFA) as the single global point of contact for the Salesforce/Delphi Sales System. The SFA ensures that the benefits of the Salesforce/Delphi Sales System as an effective CRM tool for hotels and global sales offices are maximized through the delivery of Delphi installations on-property, ongoing maintenance and training data quality audits and the implementation of standard operating procedures. The individual will ensure the system is set up and enhanced over time to support changing needs of the business. They will own the Delphi vendor relationship, and work closely with owners of other connected systems (i.e. HMS, DV, GDS, Synxis etc) to deliver joint outcomes. The Sales System Manager will be passionate about driving global best practices / tools around system enablement, upskilling sales teams and embedding repeatable processes to improve team performance. The individual is highly knowledgeable about Delphi system operations, self-organised and self-driven, be able to solve problem solve with technology and data. They will thrive at driving results in collaboration with cross-department teams and external vendors.
