We are looking for a Security Manager to join our pre-opening team for Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London, looking after both The Residences and Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London hotel.
Situated on Hanover Square, Mayfair’s oldest square, Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London is the latest hotel and Residences to join the Group’s acclaimed collection of award-winning properties and will offer a unique taste of urban luxury in the heart of London.
We are looking for someone to help deliver passionate service to both Residents and hotel guests. The building comprises of 80 residences and 50 guest rooms and suites over two towers of 12 floors above and 4 levels below ground, with an exclusive car park, restaurant, bar, pool and spa to maintain.
In London’s best-connected location, this is the front door to the finest that Mayfair and the capital have to offer and we are looking for London’s finest to help deliver this exceptional experience.
About the role
As a Security Manager, you will be responsible for managing the integrated hotel and residences Security team delivering a service to both, recognising the unique aspects and expectations of each. To deliver the security focused elements of the FLHSS program working in conjunction with the Chief Engineer who will lead the overall audit compliance. To deliver and develop as required comprehensive security and safety polices utilising effective risk assessment and management.

To be a successful candidate, you must have an SIA (security Industry Authority) licence. You must also successfully complete an IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health) course within the first year of employment.
