We need a Security Supervisor to keep our hotel, our guests and our colleagues safe.

About the role

  • Checks and patrols related to FLHSS have been carried out and documented prior to submission to the security manager.
  • The role is not control room centred but sufficient time in the control room is required to ensure that this has been achieved, if there are issues or aspects of the tasks that have not been completed, to ensure there is an explanation as to why and to communicate to the following team and security manager the remedial actions to be taken.
  • In the absence of the Security Manager/Director will be a point of reference for other senior management in the hotel, additionally liaison with OHP security will be required at times to manage the supervision of our priority shared common demise.
  • To drive Guest and Employee satisfaction throughout the entire hotel.
  • Be proficient in obtaining witness statements, writing incident reports.
  • Record all relevant incidents in the door Occurrence Book.
  • Comply with the Code of Practice for Security Staff.
  • To be trained in First Aid emergency techniques and fire safety.
  • Investigate, administrate and report all accidents with an emphasis on incidents as legislated by RIDDOR.
  • Conduct bag and locker searches only in accordance with company guidelines.
  • To carry out any other reasonable request as directed by your manager.
