HR Operations Management (Corporate)

  • Work closely with the HR Manager to provide a full spectrum of HR services including but not limited to payroll administration, employee benefits, company quarter, tax and work permit administration, and annual budget exercise
  • Provide HR support and assist employees to general HR policies and handle general HR services related enquiries
  • Administer the leave application of employees and i-Leave system
  • Handle benefits enrolment, renewal and termination and liaise with external vendor to manage employee benefits programs
  • Support the work permit & visa renewal for expatriates
  • Prepare monthly HR reports and analysis on a regular basis
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of staff database in IPL and filing systems
  • Conduct and arrange orientation program and induction briefing to new joiners
  • Work closely with the Office Experience Manager in arranging employees benefits related activities (e.g. birthday lunch, Christmas party)


C&B projects (Global)

  • Work closely with the Director of International C&B in implementing HR policies as well as coordinating and supporting the C&B initiatives and projects (e.g. global levelling/grading structure, harmonizing and streamlining C&B policies and practices)
  • Maintain, monitor project result and deliverable and seek continuous improvement


HRIS (Global)

  • Partner closely with the HRIS Manager to implement and launch the Workday Core module at Corporate and Property levels
  • Developing and implementing new processes and systems for efficient HR management
  • Maintain data integrity in systems by regularly analyzing data
  • Oversee all system transition, upgrades and system additions in partnership with the HRIS Manager, system vendor and IT Department
  • Ensure all HR-related systems are compliant with data protection laws


Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of C&B and HRIS related experience
  • Strong analytical skill and details oriented
  • Experience in managing international compensation and benefits, HRIS initiatives
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Optimistic attitude with an enthusiastic, energetic and cheerful personality
  • Excellent knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
