Responsibilities:

• Serve all beverage orders in a professional manner using the correct equipment and following the proper procedures; 
• Be able to recommend wine suggestions to the guest according to the requirements 
• Promote up selling techniques;
• Advise and train the service team in all aspects of the beverage service;
• Ensure that all wine lists are updated and maintain accurate sales records of wines and spirits;
• Control the stock level of all beverage items;
• Assist with the service of food when necessary.

 Requirements:

• A multi-year working experience in fine-dining restaurant, preferably in 5-star hotel;
• Fluent in English and Italian. French is a plus;
• Willing to learn and able to work under pressure;
• Initiative and with good customer service skills;
• Well groomed.
