It is the mission and intent of this position that the incumbent will support the Chef Garde Manger in all aspects of the Garde Manger Kitchen being pro-active, creative and results driven, focusing on delighting our guests. The Garde Manger Sous Chef must check and monitor that all of the standards and recipes are maintained.
We are looking for an Garde Manger Sous Chef for our Garde Manger Kitchen. Incumbent should have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience, preferably in a luxury hotel property. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
The Garde Manger Sous Chef will report directly to the Garde Manger Chef.
