It is the mission and intent of the Sous Chef that the incumbent will support the Chef de Cuisine in all aspects of the Main Kitchen. The Sous Chef must be pro-active, creative and results driven, focusing on delighting our guests. The Sous Chef must check and monitor that all of the standards and recipes are maintained.
The Sous Chef incumbent should have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience, preferably in a luxury hotel property. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
