We are recruiting for a passionate and talented Spa Concierge Intern with the potential to grow within our Hotel and possibly be appointed full-time in the future.

As a Spa Concierge Intern you will be booking spa treatments, explaining services to guests, processing sales including retail and checking-in and checking-out Spa guests. You are expected to maintain and uphold Mandarin Oriental standards, while providing guests with excellent service. You are an outgoing and enthusiastic individual, passionate about customer service and willing to offer the most impeccable and sincere service to our guests in a smiley and warm manner. You will make sure Legendary Quality Experience Standards are implemented and respected to be able to exceed customers' expectations.

The ideal candidate is a driven individual with outstanding communication skills, fluent in both Italian and English. You are willing to deliver a professional, attentive and impeccable service to our hotel guests and make sure there experience in Mandarin Oriental is unique and exceptional.
