Spa Concierge

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Interacting courteously and answering all spa and hotel related questions with guests
  • Ensuring a warm welcome to all guests at all times.
  • Greeting all guests upon their arrival, giving new guests tours of Spa Area and offering return guests "re-orientations".
  • Organizing appointment schedule to maximize use of time and profitability whilst giving to guests needs first importance.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing guest and spa colleague business-related emails.
  • Communicating all messages promptly and keeping the Manager-On-Duty informed as to any complaints.
  • Having an accurate knowledge of Spa Soft software, all treatments offered in the spa and all retail products.
  • Assisting all spa and hotel colleagues where necessary, performing opening and closing duties.
  • Keeping work area clean and neat at all times.
  • Ensuring that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the Spa.
  • Maintaining inventory of supplies for the operations of the spa reception
  • Attending all the necessary training courses, complying to all Health and Safety at work and Hygiene standards


  • At least 2 years experience as a SPA Concierge in a luxury hotel setting
  • Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
  • Excellent telephone skills and organizational skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Professional attitude at all times, particularly with regard to punctuality and appearance
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Willing to be proactive, to take initiative and ownership while interacting with guests and colleagues
  • Must be willing to work on a flexible schedule, weekends an holidays
