Spa Manager 水疗经理

Scope of Position
The Spa Manager is responsible for, but not limited to, the overall spa and fitness staff and functions when Spa Director is not present.  In addition the direct functionality of the Spa Manager is to maintain all Operating aspects of the Spa and Fitness facility.

给酒店员工关于Spa方面的培训，包括我们特别的Spa哲学
处理客人投诉，必要时处理前台的工作
每周评估并回顾所有理疗疗程
职位要求
美容或理疗专业资质
至少5年水疗行业相关工作经验，包括至少3年管理工作经验，酒店水疗行业最佳
必须有良好的数学思维，技术能力，及Spa知识
要了解Spa行业的最新趋势
最好有Spa行业的专业电脑知识，例如Spa操作软件
必须能够掌握基本的电脑知识，
优秀的英语阅读，写作，口语能力
