Position Detalis:

It is the mission and intent of this position that the incumbent will provide the highest level of customer focused service, to ensure the guest experience is one that is beyond and expectations of the guest and aligned with our Legendary Quality Experiences. 

The Spa Receptionist will provide personal assistance to any individual booking spa treatments, private training sessions and retail sales transactions. The Spa Receptionist will also assist with guest inquiries about the facility or treatments offered via telephone or in person.

We are looking for a Spa Concierge with Spa and Retail experience preferred. Candidate must have 2 years relevant hospitality experience; excellent telephone etiquette, and guest service skills. Responsibilities include assisting guests with check-ins and check-outs, booking reservations, assisting guests with all inquiries, as well as provide retail information, help with displays and retail sales. A flexible schedule is necessary, including weekends and holidays. This is a full-time position.
