We need a Spa Treatment Supervisor to keep our spa flowing smoothly.

As one of our hotel’s greatest assets, we’re looking for passionate people to maintain the sense of health and hush in our spa. First and foremost, we’re looking for a Spa Treatment Supervisor with a great deal of wellness knowledge – people who can recommend our premium products.

The Treatments Supervisor is responsible for the organisation, coordination, monitoring and maintaining of their shift to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the Spa facilities for Guests.  To ensure Therapists are consistently performing treatments to an exceptional service level.

Responsibilities in the role will include, but not be limited to:

  • It is part of your role to understand and disseminate/communicate all Corporate and hotel policies and Standard Operating Procedures to the colleagues.
  • MOHG Code of Conduct requires that all business activities and business decisions comply with the general law, and with all rules, regulations and other requirements.
  • It is part of your strategy to fully understand and support in all aspects the Mandarin Oriental, Prague Human Resources Strategic Policy.
  • To ensure that Legendary Quality Standards are fully implemented, maintained and exceeded throughout the Spa & Wellness area to reach guest satisfaction.
  • To monitor service delivery by implementing MOQA action plans to meet and exceed our guests’ expectations. 
  • Conduct regular refresher trainings for all spa therapists in line with SOP’s and Departmental learning checklists.
  • To ensure that standards of appearance, grooming and conduct are an example to the team and demonstrate a professional image for our guests
  • Ensure all Spa Therapists are kept up to date with treatment knowledge and any changes that are made.
  • Coordinate therapist treatments to accommodate guests who may have contra-indications and ensure therapists are confident to adapt treatments accordingly.

You must be passionate about guest service, have a previous experience in the same role from a luxury environment and have outstanding interpersonal skills with an energetic and vibrant personality. You must have excellent communication skills and be fluent in Czech and English. EU working permission needed.
