Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily operations of the Spa & Wellness including guest interactions
  • Plan the roster of Spa Concierge and Spa attendants strategically based on operation needs
  • Taking Spa reservations when necessary
  • Regular walkthroughs should be conducted to ensure that all SOPs and MOD tasks are addressed throughout the Spa & Wellness.
  • Dealing with guest enquiries via phone, email and face to face
  • Ensure that all guest enquiries are taken care of within 12 hours
  • Read notes for every appointment and assure that no mistakes have been made. Also assure that appointments are in correct sequence. Maximize revenue by therapist availability
  • Conduct refresher trainings for Spa Concierge and Spa Attendants. Refresher trainings include departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Responsible for end of month spa retail inventory and submit to Senior Director of Spa & Wellness


  • Senior School qualification or equivalent is a must
  • Minimum 2 year of experience working in a hotel/spa service environment is a must   
  • Previous experience working in a 5-star hotel environment will be an advantage
  • Good knowledge on computer systems is a must
  • Clear communication; effective verbal and written communication skills in English (minimum intermediate level). Arabic would be desirable
  • Proven ability to successfully motivate and lead a team
  • Trainer skills and ability to mentor and develop team members
  • Ability to understand guest needs and expectations and to deliver superior customer service with little input from others
  • Mature and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
