Overview

A Steward is primarily responsible for and to perform cleaning pot/dish washing, removal of garbage/boxes, silver polishing, sweeping, moping and any other cleaning or organizational activity that may come up including inside of coolers and kitchen area and any other task asked by managers.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Complete daily cleaning schedule in accordance the MOHG Safe and Sound HACCP plan.
  • Record HACCP documentation and pass it on the manager when completed
  • Follow HACCP training provided by the manager
  • Be compliant with the MOHG safe and sound habits and routines.
  • Responsible for the working area to be cleaned and sanitized and the floor without debris
