Responsibilities

  • Responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager in the supervision of restaurant.
  • To ensure that the highest quality of standards is met for service, cleanliness and profitability.
  • To support Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager maximizing the volume of
  • Job duties included training, supervising and scheduling staff, payroll, responding to guest inquiries and implementing new menus and promotions.
  • To assist the management to achieve departmental goals and total guest satisfaction.

Requirements

 

  • Minimum 1 years of fine dining restaurant experience in relevant position.
  • Good communication skills and pleasant personality.
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command in Spanish & English, knowledge in other languages is an advantage.
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule according to business needs.
