Duties and Supporting Responsibilities:
- To be able to lead and communicate with his/her colleagues during the restaurant operation
- To supervise and participate in running of an efficient and profitable operation in the areas for which you are responsible. Liaise with your outlet manager to actively encourage a professional and dedicated team.
- To assist the Outlet Manager/Asst Outlet Manager in enabling colleagues to achieve the service and product delivery standards consistently always with a high degree of client care and service.
- Oversees the set-up and operation of a station/section in a restaurant.
- To involve with service related to VIP guests
- To respond proactively to guest queries, ensuring that appropriate action is taken in the absence of the Outlet Manager/Assistant Outlet manager, followed by effective communication
- To identify and carry out any specific training and development needs among the team.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant guest services experience in luxury hotels.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly responsible & reliable.
- Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.

- 鉴别和执行任何团队发展所需的特殊的培训。
岗位要求:
- 至少1-2年奢华酒店对客服务经验
- 良好的相关岗位工作记录,有创造忠诚顾客为酒店创造收益,节约成本的能力。
- 较强的交际与解决问题的能力。
- 责任心强,值得信赖。
- 能在压力与快速的工作节奏下很好的完成工作。
- 有团队精神。
- 沉稳冷静,彬彬有礼,专注于顾客的需求 。
