About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Paris within the Front of the House Department in Paris, the handles Reception-related tasks, primarily during late arrivals or early departures of clients. He/she performs the accounting duties of a Night Auditor. He/she represents Management, as do the Duty Managers, during night hours and thus manages situations relating to clients and colleagues during these hours.

As Night Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• You supervise the night teams including Front Desk, and Concierge.
• You handle emergency situations and unexpected events with calm and efficiency.
• You ensure smooth processing of late arrivals and early departures.
• You guarantee the safety and security of guests, staff, and hotel property during the night.
• You act as the main point of contact for guest requests or complaints during nighttime hours.
• You ensure service quality and compliance with MOHG standards and procedures.
• You prepare night reports and coordinate the handover with morning teams.
• You represent the Mandarin Oriental brand and uphold its values.

As Night Manager, we expect from you: 

• Proven experience in a similar position within a luxury hotel environment
• Strong sense of service, diplomacy, and ability to manage sensitive situations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and make quick, effective decisions
• Impeccable presentation and high level of professionalism
• Fluency in both French and English
• Flexibility and availability to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidays
