About the job
Based across two flagship properties - Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong and The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, the Cluster Director of People & Culture will be responsible for translating business strategies into relevant and actionable People & Culture plans. You will be responsible for building a cohesive People & Culture Team with a shared service culture and competencies to deliver value-added HR solutions, which will create the Mandarin Oriental culture to attract, retain and engage talents. You will be a master of creating colleague experiences that replicate the ones that Mandarin Oriental would expect our guests to experience and to identify key performance measures to track the return on investment of People & Culture programs and services.
This critical Cluster Director role is a trusted business partner to the Area Vice President, General Manager and Executive Leadership team.
