About the job

Assistant Development Centre Manager plays a key leadership role in ensuring smooth daily operations, high quality student experience, and efficient coordination across academic and administrative. This position supports the OHAP Manager in implementing school policies, driving student engagement initiatives, and maintaining strong relationships with students, chefs, mentors, partners, and both internal & external stakeholders.

 As Assistant Development Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Finance

• Drive revenue generation for OHAP, covering the one‑year programme, short courses, and seminar offerings.

Marketing
• Promote and monitor all social media content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and maintain consistent brand identity.

Quality Focus Process
• Support and uphold quality-focused processes to ensure operational excellence, service consistency, and continuous improvement across all OHAP learning journey & activities.

1.Operations & Administration

  • Assist in overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of OHAP to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient learning environment.
  • Monitor administrative processes such as student registration, attendance, academic records and learning journey.
  • Support compliance with OHAP policies, health & safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

2. Academic & Programme Support

  • Coordinate with chefs, mentors, trainers to ensure smooth delivery of educational programme.
  • Support the development, improvement, and implementation of new classes, workshops, and activities.
  • Ensure academic materials, equipment, and resources are adequately prepared and maintained.

3. Student Engagement

  • Act as a key point of contact for students and parents, providing guidance, support, and timely communication.
  • Assist in managing student orientation, progress updates, and school events.
  • Handle inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and care.

4. Event & Activity Management

  • Plan, organize, and execute OHAP events such as open houses, seminars, student activities, and community outreach programme.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities, including school & university tours and engagement campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality and impactful events.

5. Team Coordination & Support

  • Assist in supervising coordinator colleague and supporting daily team operations.
  • Monitor task progress and ensure timely delivery of assigned responsibilities.
  • Contribute to creating a positive, collaborative, and student‑centered team culture.

6. Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Prepare reports, documentation, and data summaries for P&L meeting and other related reports.
  • Identify opportunities to improve school processes, efficiency, and service quality.
  • Support strategic initiatives assigned by OHAP Manager.

As Assistant Development Centre Manager, we expect from you: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administration, education management, or customer service (experience in a school setting is a plus).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, basic video‑editing tools, and social media platforms for marketing and content management.
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and a passion for working in an educational environment.
  • English proficiency is an advantage.
