Bartender

Mandarin Oriental Conservatorium Amsterdam is looking for a Bartender to join our The Bar Team.

As Bartender, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• To ensure the appropriate presentation and cleanliness of the bar.
• To prepare and serve food and beverages to our guests
• To responsible the set-up and operation of a bar station/section.
• To handle guest comments and complaints in the appropriate manner
• To perform all cashier-related duties according to hotel policies whilst ensuring that guests receive bills in a prompt and accurate manner
•  

As a Bartender, we expect from you:

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in similar capacity in hotel Food & Beverage;
• knowledge on cocktails, wine and spirits and previous experience as a cocktail bartender.  
• Good knowledge of Dutch and English language (written and spoken);
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Passionate in customer service and hospitality industry;
• International exposure will be an advantage;
• Ability to work evenings and weekend shifts;
