About the job

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely, professional, and friendly manner. The role includes maintaining cleanliness of the bar area, ensuring proper inventory levels, and delivering excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Greet guests at the bar, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed.
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
• Maintain knowledge of bar menu, cocktails, ingredients, and presentation standards.
• Follow responsible alcohol service protocols and check guest identification when necessary.
• Process guest payments accurately using POS system.
• Monitor and control bar stock, report low inventory levels, and assist with restocking.
• Keep the bar tools, glassware, and equipment sanitized and in good condition.
• Engage with guests to create a welcoming and enjoyable environment.
• Handle guest complaints or issues professionally and promptly, escalating when needed.
• Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and safety regulations.

As Bartender, we expect from you: 

• Good knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, and bar techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask during busy periods.
• 1–2 years of experience as a bartender or in a similar F&B service role.
