As Bencotto Kitchen - Demi Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Work closely with his supervisor department head on determining the quantity of food purchased
- Check that all the refrigerators are cleaned, set-up the work station for the day
- Check and involves steward department in general cleanliness sanitation and staff personal cleanliness and hygiene
- To ensure that all the product have been delivered and to inform his supervisor of any short delivery and also to check if any products are not the standard of quality required
- In the absence of Chef de Partie, takes over and fully in charge of the department at any time required
- To carry out any task assigned by the management from time to time
As Bencotto Kitchen - Demi Chef de Partie, we expect from you:
- Degree or Higher National Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel/Business/Culinary Management is preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a 5-star hotel environment
- Local national is preferred
