Key Responsibilities
System Implementation & Integration
Lead the group-wide implementation of Transcendent, ensuring seamless adoption across all MOHG hotels.
Work closely with hotel engineering teams to integrate CMMS processes into daily maintenance operations.
Develop and oversee a structured onboarding and training programme for hotel teams.
Collaborate with IT, other departments and engineering teams to troubleshoot technical challenges and ensure smooth system functionality.
Training, Support & Change Management
Act as the primary liaison between Group engineering, IT, and property-level teams to provide ongoing technical guidance and support.
Deliver hands-on training and best practices to hotel engineering teams, ensuring system adoption and compliance with MOHG standards.
Establish clear workflows, SOPs, and reporting mechanisms to standardise CMMS usage across all properties.
Monitor system usage and provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management on adoption progress and areas for improvement.
Performance Optimisation & Reporting
Ensure that CMMS data is accurately captured to support predictive maintenance, asset management, and operational efficiencies.
Analyse system performance and generate data-driven insights to improve hotel maintenance operations.
Work with Actable and engineering leadership to refine CMMS functionalities and enhance long-term efficiency.
Support sustainability and energy management initiatives through enhanced asset tracking and reporting, with an oversight of the Group’s Environmental Management System, the Greenview Portal.
Required Experience & Expertise
5+ years of experience in engineering systems, IT project management, or facilities management within a hospitality, real estate, or corporate environment.
Strong technical understanding of CMMS platforms, asset management, and maintenance operations.
Hands-on experience with CMMS implementation (preferably Transcendent or similar systems such as Maximo, SAP PM, or FSI Concept).
Ability to train and support non-technical teams in system adoption and best practices.
Strong IT skills, particularly in database management, reporting, and system integrations.
Excellent problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
Hospitality or engineering background preferred, with experience working across multiple properties or regions.
