Mandarin Oriental, Sanya is the first venture of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group in China, extending the Group’ luxury and lifestyle retreat concept designed for seasoned international travellers in search of tranquillity and the utmost in relaxation and luxury.
The resort enjoys the tranquillity of a 1.2 km nationally protected coral bay and is spread out over 12 hectares of lush tropical bloom overlooking the warm, soothing waters of the South China Sea.

As Pastry Demi Chef, you will be responsible for the following duties:
作为饼房领班，您需要承担以下职责：
Duties and Responsibilities
工作职责和义务

1.    To monitor food and operating costs and control these by reducing waste.
监督食品及运作成本，减少浪费以达到成本控制。
2.    To work in any section of the kitchen when necessary or as requested by your superiors.
具备在厨房每个分部门工作的能力，工作需要时可以由主管调动。
3.    To collect and check store orders to ensure they are of the quality and quantity required and report any discrepancy
收集并检查仓库领货，检查质量和数量是否符合标准，上报特殊情况。
4.    To ensure that there is sufficient operating equipment before and during service ensuring it is maintained to a good standard with minimum breakage. Report any discrepancy.
确保工作期间有足够的用具及设备并确保其维护保养达标及破损率最你，上报特殊情况。
5.    To assist in carrying out a daily inventory of fridges taking into account banqueting requirements and prepare the following day’s food requisition.
完成当天冰箱存货量记录并准备第二天的用货申请。
6.    To prepare and cook the food appropriate for the station you are allocated to in accordance with the standards and specifications laid out by the Chef de Cuisine.
按照主管要求的标准，在自己的工作岗位上准备和烹饪菜品。
7.    To instruct and demonstrate methods of production in your relevant department.
为相关部门介绍并演示菜品的做法。
8.    To examine food items to ensure they are correctly prepared.
检查食品项目以确保其烹饪方法正确。
9.    To issue food items only to authorise persons in keeping with control practices and procedures.
仅发放食品原料给指定的人员以保证操作控制及按运作程序的执行。
10.    To be responsible for all food beverage and equipment under your control.
负责所有食品饮料及设备的控制管理。
Occasional Duties不定时职责:

1.    To assist in carrying out quarterly, bi-yearly, yearly inventory of operating equipment.
协助完成每季度，全年，每两年的运作设备存货记录。
2.    To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
完成其它被安排的，合理的工作任务及职责。
