The incumbent is responsible for overseeing all matters relating to social media, e-marketing and grand website update.  E-Commerce Executive will liaise with all form of social media and E-commerce site representatives, to increase brand awareness and He/she must assist and provide a professional and advisory support service to Director of Marketing and Communications.

As Digital Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Maintain good relations with main E-commerce representative through telephone and social contact to provide accurate information on the resort’s latest facilities, services, and activities
  • Ensure hotel receives regular exposure in social media.
  • Together with the Director of Marketing & Communications, plan and develop promotional and communications strategies via internet, social media and e-mail.
  • Maintain regular contact with social media and other website representative to keep up-to-date contact lists
  • Encourage and create regular write up material highlighting new services, special promotions, and the Unique Selling Propositions of hotel
  • Ensure all product information is correct in all forms of social media and website.
  • Responsible for and accountable for the social media and e-marketing operating budget.

As Digital Manager, we expect from you: 

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is required
