About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen within the Security department in Shenzhen, the Fire Control Center Operator is responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to all guests, to ensure guest experience is one that is beyond the expectations of the guest and aligned with our Legendary Quality Experiences. The Fire Control Center Operator reports to the Security Supervisor.

As Fire Control Center Operator, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Perform established duties and assignments required at each respective posting. To preserve and maintain the highest standards of security, safety and service for the Hotel guests, patrons, visitors, colleagues and the protection of all assets (Tangible and intangible).
• Maintain standards of performance
• Safeguard all information relating to the Hotel, Guests and Company
• Environmental care: re-using, recycling or selling waste; conserves water and energy at all available opportunities and maintain clean surroundings of all Hotel areas, including the Security Control Room

As Fire Control Center Operator, we expect from you: 

• Minimum 1 year’s relevant working experience in similar capacity
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Certified Intermediate Fire Equipment Operator
