 As Floor Butler Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• To serve guests according to the hotel standard.
• To be equipped with hotel and housekeeping information.
• To be equipped with Thai culture and Asian heritage and information of tourism attractions.
• To maintain hotel’s materials and reputation.
• To be familiar with fire procedure.
• To prepare drinks and snacks for the guests.
• To replenish supplies.
• To summarize the mini-bar sales report.
• To periodically check guestroom bars.
• To maintain immaculate guestroom and adjacent public area.
• To ensure the maximum efficiency of performance from all subordinates.
• To train subordinates how to keep high standards.
• To inspect guestrooms to ensure that they reach the standard.
• To communicate with guest.
• To report and prepare handovers.

As Floor Butler Supervisor, we expect from you: 

• At least 3 years in a similar position.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Active listening and effective communication skills.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and team player.
• Excellent presentation and proactive communication skills in both verbal and written in English and Thai.
