About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Pudong, Shanghai within the Room attendant Department. The Room attendant reports to the Executive Housekeeper.

As Floor Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

The Floor Manager manages all aspect of their assigned area. They will manage all guest requests and ensure cleanliness of all guest rooms and public areas.

As Floor Manager, we expect from you: 

• University Graduate                            
• Good knowledge in Hotel Management.
• Experience in Customer service
• Experience in people management                            
• Self-confident and in control when under pressure
• Able to converse with ease with multinational guests
• Have the desire to serve guest
• Takes corrective action and follow-up
• Good level of spoken English and Mandarin
