Le/La Gouvernant(e) d’Etage est responsable de la supervision globale des étages et lieux publics qui lui sont allouées (propreté, maintenance, demande clients, demandes d’autres services, etc.) ainsi que la gestion d'une équipe de Femmes de Chambres et de Portier d'Etages.

Voici une série non exhaustive de tâches relatives à ces responsabilités :

  • Maintenir les standards de propreté

  • Distribuer et contrôler les clés

  • S’occuper des objets trouvés

  • Répondre rapidement aux demandes clients

  • Etre responsable de la sécurité en faisant en sorte que les couloirs et les offices soient rangés afin qu’ils n’encombrent pas les sorties de sécurité

  • Etre responsable de la sécurité des clients : rapporter les comportements suspects ou objets insolites, etc.

  • Accueillir et servir les clients selon les principes d’hospitalité d’un hôtel 5 étoiles, en respectant les attentes du Groupe Mandarin Oriental et Swiss Deluxe

  • Traiter les réclamations des clients selon la procédure LQE et référer les réclamations ainsi que toutes les observations des clients à la Direction

The Floor Supervisor is responsible for the overall supervision of the assigned floors and public areas (cleanliness, maintenance, guest requests, requests from other departments, etc.), as well as for managing a team of Room Attendants and Floor Porters.

Below is a non-exhaustive list of duties related to this role:

  • Ensure cleanliness standards are maintained

  • Distribute and monitor room keys

  • Handle lost and found items

  • Respond promptly to guest requests

  • Ensure safety by keeping corridors and pantries tidy and clear of emergency exits

  • Be responsible for guest safety: report any suspicious behavior or unusual items

  • Greet and serve guests according to the standards of 5-star hospitality, in line with the expectations of the Mandarin Oriental Group and Swiss Deluxe Hotels

  • Handle guest complaints following LQE procedures and escalate any feedback or concerns to Management
