About the job
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team at The Sirēya Desaru Coast. The role is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality visuals that reflect our brand identity and enhance the guest experience. This includes both digital and print materials to support marketing, sales, and operational needs of the hotel and resort.
As Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Develop creative concepts and design layouts for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, menus, invitations, and event collateral.
Design digital assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, online advertisements, and other digital platforms.
Ensure brand consistency across all design projects in line with hotel/resort brand standards.
Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and F&B teams to produce creative content for promotions, events, and campaigns.
Coordinate with external vendors such as printers and production houses to ensure timely and quality output.
Support internal departments with creative design requests, such as signage, presentations, and training materials.
Manage photography and videography needs, including basic editing and coordination with professional photographers/videographers when required.
Stay updated with design trends and hospitality marketing best practices to bring fresh, innovative ideas.
As Graphic Designer, we expect from you:
Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
Proven experience (2–3 years) as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the hospitality, travel, or luxury lifestyle industry.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus).
Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with social media content creation and digital marketing design formats.
Knowledge of printing processes and production requirements.
Photography and videography skills will be an added advantage.
Able to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team.
