  • Ensures the clear channels of communications are maintained between Mandarin Oriental Exclusive Homes properties, teams, StayOne and MOHG corporate office.
  • Designs strategic business plans for the properties specifically pertaining to operations.
  • Ensures overall operations and smooth communication between Mandarin Oriental Exclusive Homes Cluster Managers, Guest Experience Managers, Operations Associates and other colleagues.
